Bylo Createch LLC ("Bylo Createch," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Youfanly platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information that we collect from users of the Service.

a) Google User Data We Access:
When you sign up or log in to Youfanly using Google, we may access the following information from your Google account, subject to your consent:
- Email: Your primary Google email address (for account identification and communication).
- Full name:: Your display name (for profile creation and display).
- Date of birth: Used only where age verification is required and to enforce age restrictions.
- Gender: Used only for analytics and optional profile information if you choose to share it.
- Phone number: Used for account recovery, two-factor authentication, or transactional communications when you provide it.
We only request data that is necessary to provide and improve our services.
b) Data Usage
- Primary purpose: to authenticate you, create and manage your account, and provide the Youfanly service.
- Profile and personalization: populate your profile and personalize your experience (display name, avatar, locale).
- Security & account recovery: phone and email may be used for verification, password resets, and fraud prevention.
- Legal & compliance: we may process date of birth or other data to comply with age-related legal requirements.
- Analytics & product improvement: aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve the service. We do not use Google profile data for ad-targeting without explicit consent.
c) Storage, Sharing & Retention
We store your Google-derived data securely on our servers. Access is limited to authorized personnel and third-party services we use to operate the platform. We will not share your Google profile data with advertisers or unaffiliated third parties except (a) with your consent, (b) to comply with law, or (c) for service providers who process data on our behalf under contract. We retain account-related data for as long as your account exists and thereafter as required to meet legal or legitimate business needs; you may request deletion (see below).
d) User Controls & Revoking Access
You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your account settings in Youfanly. To revoke Google’s access to Youfanly, visit your Google Account’s Security settings and remove Youfanly from the list of connected apps. After disconnection, we may retain minimal records necessary for security, legal obligations, or to honor your deletion request.
e) Compliance with Google Policies
Youfanly’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
